Why does Smarty keep deleting my voicemail greeting?

Unless this is fixed I shall be moving networks as its impossible to run a business when after about 60 days the greeting gets deleted. My voicemail asks people to leave specific information so it starts become obvious when yet again it's been deleted.

It's ridiculous , no other voicemail service I've ever had as randomly deleted the greeting.

LNZXT_1242  I'm afraid that you are shooting yourself in the foot here.

Smarty make it perfectly clear that the service is for consumers and not business users - please see bottom of the web page and also the T&C's.

If you want more certainty for your business, I think you will need to get a business account with a provider who offers that.

LNZXT_1242 @I am facing the same problem, I made a complaint about this and they told me "it was by design" but they couldn't tell me how deleting a personal greeting on a regular basis would be a good thing to build into a voicemail system all they could say was if I wanted to leave and go to another network they would assist me.

Frustrating for me too as when I am on holiday I set an extended absence greeting which tells callers I am away and prevents them from leaving a message, the last holiday I went on I found people leaving messages, I soon realised my personal greeting had been deleted. Mine is now getting deleted around once every 30 days.

Port to another network - I just have - long since tired of their ridiculous service and nonsense. They are a joke.
The guy above thinks the voicemail knows the reason you're calling and decides not to work if  it's not a personal call.

You;ve shot yourself in the foot more like, I've just ported out, along with my partner , daughter and one of my mates to another network where the phone works regardless of if they're calling for business or personal reasons with better coverage and faster data ,for the same cost that has a working voicemail system not a ridiculous excuse that it's "by design"  and I shall never recommend Smarty to anyone again.

It'a a bit like smarty's other killer feature of pretending to have a full signal until you go to make a call.

"let's all sit around and design a voicemail system what features should we include?"
"I know lets have it randomly delete the outgoing message all the time with no warning, that'll be a gamechanger"

We could follow that up with showing full signal strength until you attempt a phone call when it drops to zero.

LNZXT_1242  I'm not a Smarty employee, so it hasn't harmed me personally.
