Why cant I log in and reset my Ring doorbell account

Trying to reset my Ring Doorbell account but not able. Why not?

    BrianFe_2727981 Is this necessarily linked to your Smarty service? Is data working normally otherwise?

    What happens when you try to log in? Maybe your attempting to log in using the wrong email or password?
