Why am I getting an email to renew my plan when I just paid to renew my plan?

Hi have experienced the same issue. it's an automated email that sometimes is delayed if you have renewed your plan and its all up and running. just ignore the email.

If your dashboard is showing the new plan, it would be worth contacting Support via web chat so that they can look into this for you.
