Whitby current outage

Is there a problem with smarty/three coverage in Whitby North Yorkshire?  I've had intermittent access to my Hive Thermostat for several days which is connected to the internet via a smarty sim in a Wireless Router.  All I get from the smarty network status checker is this message, which has been there for days.

START "We're working on improving the network in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may cause. We'll add any further updates here." END

I looking for a date when this will be fixed
