When 3G was about it worked perfectly fine and fast now with 4G and 5 well useless
Smarty what a complete pile of crap as always I've reported this i dont know how many times over the years and still not fixed. It takes longer to try watch YouTube on my phone than watching paint dry not only that I've sent i dont know how many messages to the **bleep**ty auto services with not a single reply. When there was 3G it was miles faster now since this 4G and 5G what pops up YouTube explaining now its pointless having 4 or 5G because are pathetic. Also I dont know if you morons know the companies like this kf three are to busy using our phones for bitcoin mines that's why everything is so slow and pathetic then wonder why we are moaning about it absolutely pathetic

If you address people as 'morons' you are unlikely to get much help. As my dear old Dad used to say "You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar".
If you have done the Coverage and Network Status checks and cannot get service anywhere then raise a Complain via the link - politely. If it is just in your home that you do not get a good signal, that may not be down to the network.
