What happened to the chatbot on the dashboard?and how do you get information on your account/billing

JohnBin_2123400 Chatbot is via 'Contact Us'. Info on account - log in at smarty.co.uk and lookout your dashboard.
Tried the contact button only found 20 different ways to send me here and and the dashboard doesn't contain the answers I need
