Voicemail too long to cut in
I have a contract with 3 different brand phones and all now only cut in with voicemail after 9 rings and I want it to chage it to 6 but all say it is up to Smarty so how do I change it? Thank you

JulieMi_3050932 You would need to web chat with Smarty Support, but I'm not totally sure that it can be changed on this network.
