Voicemail Settings - Reducing the number of rings before going to Voicemail
I think that people don't know I have a voicemail because there are too many rings before they reach it. How can I reduce the amount say from 20 seconds to 8 seconds?

Unfortunately, we cannot reduce the amount of rings. It will ring for around 30 seconds before being directed to voicemail.

DinaKout_802366 I agree with SmartyTrousers - this has been asked before and the answer was that it is not possible to change the number of rings.
It is possible that they may change that at some point, but no word present.

DinaKout_802366 This has been asked before, and I’m pretty sure Smarty don’t offer any facility to change the number of rings before voicemail picks up, unfortunately.
