Vodafone say my contract has ended and I'll lose my phone number
What do I need to do to keep my number?

WendySa_3320358 If you have already started a sim with Smarty, then you can request a PAC code from Vodafone and transfer your number to Smarty.
https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/phone-number With this link, you can use the PAC code to get the number transferred. It is usual that, if there is no activity on a sim for quite some time, the sim is deactivated and the number lost (to be recycled later). With Smarty, you get a 40day warning email after 180 days of no purchase activity
