After Payment Method Expired Having Issues

Hi,

My credit card expired so I got an e-mail from Smarty advising this.

I logged on to Smarty and put my new payment details in and Smarty took payment from my Bank, however that seems to have caused some problems:

1) It did not actually renew my plan with the offer I had previously.  It now says I have to have auto renew enabled, but when I now tick the auto renew box to get the offer it activates another payment for the same amount I paid a few minutes ago. 

OK IGNORE THIS POINT 1) SINCE I HAVE BEEN WRITING THIS POST 20 MINUTES HAVE PASSED AND THIS ISSUE SEEMS TO HAVE RESOLVED ITSELF ALL ON ITS OWN AS MY ACCOUNT HAS NOW MAGICALLY CHANGED BACK TO AUTO RENEW AND I HAVE THE SAME OFFER AS BEFORE, BUT WILL LEAVE THIS HERE IN CASE IT HELPS OTHERS.

2) OK the other issue is that my account is now showing a message as follows:

YOUR PHONE NUMBER
We noticed you activated your SIM. Do you want to bring your phone number to SMARTY?
Yes, bring your number
No, Keep new Smarty number

My number was moved over to Smarty over a year ago and it has not changed, the account is showing the correct phone number at the top of the screen under my account settings so do I just ignore this message or do I need to select either Yes or No, as it in unclear what is going on here and I do not want to lose access to my existing phone number or for it to change.
