Very slow 5G 130kbps turn wife off
Very slow 5G 130kbps turn wifi off phone on 4G 250mbps. Sim card is in tplink router at our caravan. Can't watch anything through tv waste of time

ScottEn_3313951 Are you anywhere near a mast? If not, that may explain poor speeds.
Have you completed a Coverage check and a Network Status check for that postcode.
Excellent 4g in the area and no outages reported
ScottEn_3313951 In that case, I would suggest that the caravan itself is shielding the signal. This is known as a Faraday Cage - the metal box shields the router from electromagnetic radiation (including the mobile signal).
An external antenna may help, or at least move the router near to a window in the caravan.
