Using mobile abroad

On holiday had connection in NZ but none since leaving NZ. I have an international add on already. Any suggestions

Hi AndrewG_1742327 spot on here from MSF, I'd also encourage you to have a look at your settings - you may need to make a one off change before you go Roaming Settings

In summary, you can use your plan in the EU (up to 12Gb data) at no extra cost.
Otherwise, charges will depend upon where you are.
