Do I have to inform you if I am using my phone abroad

As Rebekah_150 says, the answer is no.
however, bear in mind that while in. the EU, you can use your normal plan (data up to 12Gb), but if you are outside the EU, you may need to add some credit to pay for usage as this will not be included.
