IwonaKa_2325905 This has happened to me more than once. I do not believe that it is all down to Smarty.

Firstly, most 01, 02 and 03 numbers are included within your Smarty plan and so you did not need to purchase an add on unless they are not in England, Wales, N. Ireland or Scotland.

When you call those numbers (0345 etc) they are often linked to big businesses. The first step is from mobile network to landline. Loads of these numbers are now hosted via internet and so your cll needs to make another step. I feel that this is where the problems arise.

Whenever this has happened in the past, if I leave it a short while and call again, the call goes through. also, it does not happen on every occasion. (Just called an 0330 number twice today without problem)

Why are you immediately blaming the network before you have proved that it is down to them?
