Use account balance to buy data add-on
I have an account balance of around £7 and am trying to buy a £5 data add-on, but I don't get the option of using my balance to pay for this. Is there a way to do this?

If you don't have the option to use existing account credit, why not web chat with Smarty Support team to sort it?
