Ref 60gb for £10, when I click on, it shows me 30gb for£10, bit confused, can anyone clarify if I get 30 or 60 GB for £10
For an existing customer, it's explained in section 4 of offer's terms & conditions:
4 g. Existing SMARTY customers will either receive communication from SMARTY with instruction on how to
take up the offer OR
4 h. Can contact SMARTY Webchat to take advantage of the offer from their next renewal. For alternative ways to contact, please find information at https://smarty.co.uk/contact.The double-data is only for 12-months though WilliamD52919.

Hi. I pressed to upgrade, as was told it would go up to 60GB the following month. But I hasn't. And when I press up upgrade. It just takes me to a different page. I'm a little lost ???
Okay PaulHay_1621792, have you used the online SMARTY web chat to claim your upgrade from 30Gb to 60Gb, which is required for existing SMARTY customers?
