Unlimited Date/New Sim
I have a data sim in my campervan. I update on an 'as and when required basis', usually 20GB, not rolling. This time I want unlimited data for 1 month. SMARTY wants to send a new sim. I'm going away within 24 hrs. Will the new plan activate on my existing sim? Cheers & thanks. Peter Bayer.

PeterBa_1412070 I would recommend checking your Account Dashboard first. Does the sim show as Active still? I am wondering whether you did not buy a plan for such a long time that it was deactivated; they normally send a warning email at 180 days giving you another 40 days notice.
If the sim isn't showing any more, you will need a new one as the number will have been recycled.
