Unable to switch phone number
I have 2 active Smarty SIMs and I now wish to change the phone number on one of them, however, when I log onto my dashboard it only records the number of the other phone that I do not wish to change. I now have a PAC number but seem unable to proceed with the switch. Can someone please explain a way forward on this as I also seem unable to work out how to actually speak to someone on the phone or via web-chat. Thanks, Peter.

PeterSm_2417371 If you log into your account on the website, you should see a blue circle in the upper right hand corner with initials in it. If you click on that, it should show the sims incorporated into your group and then you can work with the correct one.
While you cannot speak to anyone directly, you can web chat. This initially takes you via a chat bot, but you can transfer to a 'human bean' eventually. Replies are not necessarily instant however, depending upon how busy they are.
