Unable to make or recieve calls
Hi all
I am having great difficulty in making and receiving voice calls and texts are hit and miss as well
Smarty chat service asked me to reset my sim but that didn't work
Any ideas would be welcome or do I need to try another provider

Another provider might be best option in your situation, PaulClea_474430.
A. Check Coverage in your area
B. Check Network Status for any local mast issues.
C. Ensure that account dashboard shows active SIM and Smarty plan.
D. Web chat with Support Team if you have tried the above and no reason showing for lack of service.
Same, try another provider.
