Unable to make calls and receive calls
Hi all, It has been a while since I cannot make calls and receive calls. Send/receive text and data work fine. I tried on another phone, but nothing. What can it be? Thanks for your help ...
Simone_2064666 It may be that your phone isn't compatible with Smarty's 4G calling, see this page for more details (note that I don't think the list of incompatible devices on that page is exhaustive).
Also, my phone is a Redmi Note 9 which is not listed and supports VoLTE/4G calls
Simone_2064666 As I said, I don't think the list is exhaustive. Also, your phone supporting VoLTE doesn't necessarily mean it's compatible with Smarty's specific VoLTE configuration, unfortunately.
