Turn off voicemail
You'll need ask SMARTY to deactivate the voicemail on your account DaveWri_1870916.
Get in-touch using the web chat, which operates 8am - 8pm daily.
It's all explained in the online help FAQ at https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/952741-setting-up-voicemail.
Unfortunately, SMARTY community members can't do that ShazadA_1525100.

The advisors work until 8pm everyday.

Please turn off my voice mail
WendyBo_1965205 If you read the post just above the one you wrote, you will see that we cannot do that as we are members like you and don't work for Smarty.
Please follow the advice given.
