We need more information - IF you are trying to upgrade to a special offer plan, such as £8 for 50 GB or £10 for 60 GB, you MUST contact Smarty directly via webchat, which is available from 08.00 - 20.00 every day
(As this is the Smarty Community Forum, we are customers like you, we don’t work for Smarty, so cannot access other customers account details, change their plans, etc)

If you are looking to get a special offer, you need to web chat with Smarty Support Team.
If you want to change current plan, you need to wait until it finishes (do turn off auto renew though) and then buy the plan you want - you cannot upgrade part way through a plan.

I am trying to upgrade my phone plan to be able to make international calls including my internet calls when I am out of the UK
EedrisA_2973766 When you are in an EU country, you can use your existing Smarty plan to make calls, send texts and use data up to maximum 12Gb .
If you are overseas but not in an EU country, then you will need an add-on (i.e. credit) to pay for all calls, texts and data. The prices are shown in the Price Guide and you can put the add on to your account via your account dashboard.
