Trying To Buy another Sim Plan.
Hi, I have been using a Smarty Sim 80Gb for 1 year that is slot in my Router to get WI-FI in my boat, with no probs. I now need a Sim for my Android phone, so I can use it away from my boat. I tried ordering another Smarty Sim 24Gb for £7 pm, but when I click 'Buy' I get taken back to my Dashboard to change original Smarty Plan. I don't want to change my original plan, I just want to buy another Sim Plan.
Am I allowed to have 2 Sims with different numbers on? The Sim in the Router, phone number is not used. I'm confused, please help.
StevenP_3066945 To have another sim, you can either:
- Start a new independent account, with its own email and then go from there for the second sim - useful if it is for a family member
- Start a 'nickname' sim on the same account with a Group - here is an article that explains

The main thing is to have a Group and then each sim will benefit from Group Discount (unless it is a very special offer that excludes the discount)

Hi Adam, Yeah I looked on Argos but they don't do the 24GB for £7pm. It appears it can only be bought on Smarty. Thanks for your reply.
Im In a similar situation, out of 60 gig and no way to upgrade until the renewal date 16 days away, joke i think they want me to pay for a add on until then . So I looked on Google buy a smarty sim and came up with unlimited for £18 , 15 months . Happy with that as I was prepared to pay the £20 a month just need a 2nd email. I have paid and now looking forward to seeing my new sim . Good luck hope this helps you !
