Transferring old number
I want to cancel my Smarty account I’ve had it a month now and sent my PAC code from my old provider when I got my new sim from Smarty, and got a message to say don’t insert new sim until the old contract stops working it’s been a month now I’m about to pay another month with 3 mobile and a another month with Smarty.
guys be smart go with anyone else it takes 2 hours to chat with someone on the chat services and you can’t call them all in all I won’t be using them

Did you actually activate your sim with the random number before porting across from the old provider?
