Transferring my old number

Hi there

I transferred yesterday, inserted new sim and pac code.

Got email today saying number not transferred,  is this because I put the new sim in too soon?

How do I rectify this please?

    I think that you would be best off having a web chat with Support so that they can look at your account to see what has happened. On the Forum, we don't have access to your details.
