Transferring a lost number to pay as you go sim
Hi
I just had my phone stolen, I’ve ordered a new sim from smarty for the same number. However to keep me going in the meantime I bought a pay as you go sim.
Can I not just transfer my lost number to this sim?

ChrisBlan_10944 You need to order a retain and then you will have the same number as before. The account may be suspended for security until you activate the repltsim following int.
Okay ChrisBlan_10944, ask SMARTY for a PAC, for the number you want to keep, and then give it to your PAYG service provider.
