Transfer number issue
My number was transferred to Smarty which is showing on the account however the given number from smarty is showing on the phones of the people I call, why is this happening and what should I do?

DavidLo_2351485 The phone seems to 'remember' the original number allocated to the sim ands this needs to be changed.
DavidLo_2351485 This issue comes up frequently. If you go to phone Settings, you should be able to manually change the number it is showing. For an iPhone it is often sufficient to turn off iMessage and FaceTime and then turn them back on again (don't know about Android)
