Top up balance. I have borrowed some money to renew my plan but i also have payment due out from my
I have payments due out from my bank so I need to make sure that this payment for renewing my top up balance gets to you and doesn't get eaten up by someone else before it gets to you.. agggh
How do I do this please?

Take the cash to your nearest pay point and top up your SMARTY account manually.

SVivacious1 You would surely need to ask your bank what order the payments leave your account if you want to make sure that the Smarty money is sent as a priority.
Smarty can't influence the way that your bank does things.
