the worst service i’ve ever had

why are your services so pathetic? you close the chat after 2 minutes of me not replying but take 10-15 minutes to reply yourself. all of your workers have terrible english and cannot type proper grammar and have the sorts attitude. this is the worst phone company i have ever been with and i will be dragging its name to the ground. i want to sue. stop closing your chats and help your customers you pathetic network.

    I was on the chat for over 6 hours yesterday. Chat closed for the same reason you specified. I agree with you. It’s a terrible service. Buffering doesn’t help. That brings me over the 2 minute response time so definite termination. 

    I timed them regarding their response and the longest was 59 minutes. By the time I responded, less than a minute, they cut me off.

      Why not raise a complaint via email in that case?

    ZaraSmi_2227368  I think that you are missing a major point here. We are Community Forum members and not Smarty staff here and so we do not close chats etc as stated.

    The clue is in the title - Smarty Community.

    You are ranting here and accusing the workers of poor English and terrible grammar. How come you do not use any capital letters if good English is so important?

    what exactly would you like to sue for? It's all about choice and there seem to be many customers who are happy with what they get.

    The great thing is that you are not tied into a long contract ands can go to a network that better suits your needs.

    Hi I find it easier if you use the app to webchat smarty at busy times they can take long to reply on the web you have to keep the chat open or it will close after a certain amount of time
