Signal in Cambridgeshire where i live isnt great anyonehaving problems?

So problems in Cambridgeshire as well as here in west wales, seems to be following the big improved service merger that things have gone wrong for the service and if you ask they say look at the network status checker and this will tell you the engineers have been working to fix the problem (as they have been for the last 3 weeks), we also were give a free month but cannot use if as we have no signal, sounds like a "Catch 22" situation
