Texts not part of contract
My wife is getting texts from you saying texts to 7007 not part of plan. Can you tell me who 7007 is, and is it a charity. Thanks Lawrence

Lawrenc_3154149 Any of those short strings of numbers (from 3 to 6 digits) are known as short code texts.
Generally, they are not included in the Smarty plan, although some may be free of charge. I suggest that you read this article: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/10364848-a-quick-guide-to-shortcodes
By the way, 7007 does not show up when input into the Smarty checker so that may not be correct. Does your wife not know who sent her the message and why?
