Text messages not working after port

Hi all.

I have ported my mobile number from three mobile to smarty a couple of days ago.

It seemed to work find and i can receive phone calls, but I've realised that I'm not receiving any text messages that are sent.   I have realised when trying to log into my bank and they've sent me text's that I've never received so I can't log in.

Does anyone know how I get this fixed?

    Not to worry.      I've rebooted my phone again  for the 5th time and the texts have now come through.   Thanks anyway

    Hello 

    My number was transferred my mobile number from 02 to smarty a couple of days ago.

    It seemed to work find and i can receive phone calls, but I've realised that I'm not receiving any text messages that are sent.  I have check but it’s on old Smarty Sim number that appears in text messages not my transfer number I only realised when friends and family sent me text asking why I’m using two numbers but I’m not. I’m turn my phone off and on nothing changes I've never received text only from the smarty number not my number I need help

    Does anyone know how I get this fixed?
