Text Message Issues after Porting to Smarty
Hi All,
Having an issue with text messages after porting my father in law over from O2 to Smarty. Ported over using the PAC code and all seemed OK but then realised text messages are arriving from the Sim Card phone number and not the Proper Ported number. If we ring or text it works fine and if he calls us it's fine but if he replies to a text it arrives from the Sim Card number.
We've restarted and powered off the phone multiple times but the issue persists.
Any advice..?

Firstly, check what number appears in your phone settings and change manually if possible.
Secondly, a network reset normally sorts it.
