Terrible phone connection and internet
Phone will drop out mid conversation, will not connect when dialling out. I use WiFi calling thats awful too. Internet 4G/5G terrible connection. My grandad has the same issues 2 miles away at home. She has an iPhone and I use android. Tried all the tip but still **bleep** awful considering it's piggyback to Three

PhilBoo_2709592 Not sure what advice members can offer you other than to try another network.
I'm assuming that you did a coverage check before joining and also have tried the phone outside your home to eliminate issues with your property.
Sounds like it's time to leave SMARTY and use another service provider, PhilBoo_2709592.
At least there's no early termination fee.
