Terrible data connection around Immingham area for the last 3 days

i'm testing the speed every hour and its all over the place sometimes barely registering -1 upto 2 down then double digits.

I've bought a 120gb per month deal and while it seems fine outside, its slow indoors & sometimes cuts out. I contacted smarty & they suggested to change to 3g/2g in settings which has now given me 2 bars on my signal sometimes rather than 1. They also said about 10 days ago they were doing some maintenance works & I'd recieve a discount next month but not sure how that's going to work. Whenever I contact smarty again they always say wait a few days to see if it improves...the customer service seem nice enough but they want a good rating for themselves before the problem is fixed. My phone is 4g enabled so it's disappointing not to get what was advertised. 

Just got a unlimited sim in scunthorpe and it barely manages 1mb down and struggles to play 360p yt videos according to the website it should have great signal indoor and out...

Admittedly I should have looked up where Immingham is before replying.

Been down since last Tuesday. The three network status checker says upgrade in progress. Not good having no internet for Christmas.

The web chat guy said contact them when it's up and he'll refund. Although a tenner for messing up Christmas is hardly worth it.

Always having issues in my area. To busy messing around with 5g to worry about 4g still doesn't have decent coverage. When it works it's ok but it can vary so much. Not great.
