Technical issue

Question

Outgoing calls cut out/drop words so recipient can't hear me. I've changed Sim, handset &amp; moved house &amp; still its happening. Hubby has no problem on his handset

Hubby on different network, had no issues at our old house but I did, same in the new house.&nbsp; New handset, new home broadband provider. No problem with texts or video calls or indeed when I ring hubby, just organisations...

Cathy1571&nbsp;If you mean that you have problems calling some businesses, that does seem to happen a fair bit.My theory is that your call goes from mobile network to landline system and then out to an internet based company number and this is not a stable system.

No one else in my family have this issue though, and what use is a phone if I can't ring Virgin or So Energy etc?

Cathy1571&nbsp;From experience, it's not that you can never call those numbers, it's just that you may need to try a little later.Interesting that no other networks have the problem though.
