Still no service after joining Smarty

    Hi All,

    I finally found a solution and all is now working perfectly ‌‌
    My solution was to get a PAC code from Smarty and port to a new provider which solved all the problems.

    Thank you to everyone on this forum for your help and support, it was appreciated.

I've joined smarty, today is my first day of use 1st September 2025, data seems to work, but no calls, text even my WhatsApp is blocked.

 

This is my first uk number, and I have no way to contact smarty, there chat is useless, any help is very much help, of I probably have to change network after a month time.

    3530212 Does your account dashboard show inactive sim and also a current Smarty plan?

    Is the Network Status checker not showing any problems for your postcode area?

    Have you tried turning off your phone and then turning back on again to force it to register to the network?
