Spam messages
I have an contract but everyday I received message about SMS or other I am not sure if smarty send me or not

Do you mean messages from Smarty...or from random numbers that you don't know?
Smarty do send messages when you renew your Smarty plan, and occasional others, but not every day as far as I am aware.
