Sorry you have not been given access to this service

I´ve looked at the answers to this problem but it doesn´t wash.

I´m trying to get through to HMRC. I have been trying since 8am it is now 9.50.

The HMRC number is an 0300.

Surely Smarty can figure out how to connect to HMRC. I can´t be the only one trying to pay my taxes!

Can anyone who works for Smarty tell me how you are going to resolve this?
