I can't send SMS but I can revive

I have the same issue still now.

Hi All,
We have received reports of a small number of customers not being able to text or call numbers on the Sky Mobile (O2) network. We have had confirmation from the other network that this should now be resolved.
KevinCa_1995153 Have you checked for any local mast issues on the Network Status Checker?
Ye I can call and receive texts just not send
