Sms call no working

Hi, I have activated my new SMARTY SIM and my data/internet is working perfectly. However, I cannot send any SMS messages; I get a red error icon. I have already tried resetting my network settings and checking my SMSC, but the issue persists. Could you please check if SMS services are fully active/provisioned on my account and refresh them from your end?
