Smarty goodbye.

I use a phone with 'hotspot' for internet access. Smarty worked well until a few days ago, started getting 'connected - no access' messages, later it did connect but speed was so slow could not even do a speedcheck. Apparently Smarty has no customer service, supposedly there is an email address but unable to find it, please don't mention the chat thing that was useless. Luckily I do have phone with a Giffgaff SIM so am currently using this. Have decided to leave and am now waiting for SIM from different supplier that does have a customer service phone number.
