Smarty EU Mobile Network Connections Disappointing
Just drove through The Netherlands, Belgium, and France on my way back to the UK. No connection in Belgium or France. My wife who is with Vodafone had connection throughout the journey. Disapointin...
It is disappointing to hear that. However, the majority of customers spend the majority of their time in the UK and so probably the decision to purchase Smarty is based on that. Personally, I consider that we are doing quite well to get EU roaming still and must say that I have never had a problem with it when travelling.
I'm assuming that you had changed roaming settings correctly beforehand?
