Very often, you can get help here or via the help pages on smarty website, unless it is a direct account query when only smarty staff can access the accounts.
There seems confusion over 0345 calls which I’m unable to make. Any confirmation of this is helpful, thanks
Stephen_2006564 01, 02 and 03 calls to UK numbers are included in the Smarty plan.
Occasionally they don't connect and I think this is due to too many 'hops' - mobile to landline to internet telephony. When this has happened to me, I try again a little later and have been successful.
