Porting Problem
Hi guys
Just ported my EE number to my new Smarty account. Problem is that they have notified me that it has ported successfully but fact is that it has not. It still shows the old Smarty phone number on my phone settings and won't let me change it. My ported number when called just goes to EE message service
Any ideas - Arty

Arty Firstly, check your account dashboard to see that it shows the correct number as ported in.
Next step is to try a network reset because sometimes the phone 'remembers' the original number allocated to the Sim.
If all else fails, you'll need a web chat with Smarty Support for them to investigate.

Thanks for responding. Tried literally everything. Although the ported number is working fine it still shows my number as the old Smarty number?
