Slow Internet Speed

Hello,

If your device is set to automatic selection of 3G / 4G then it could be hanging on to a weak 4G signal when you'd be better off using 3G.

If your device allows you to set it to use '3G only' try that. 

This will vary from place to place. Unfortunately, you cannot guarantee where it will be fast. Often it is better to use a solid wifi connection.

Get a 5G capable handset, if you don't have one already.
