i have the £6 per month 18gb sim, can i get another at this price on a group plan? when i went to add another sim to my group there wasnt this offer in the offer options?

simonsu_4559819 That sounds like a very special offer you had. You will have seen on the website that you can get 5Gb for £6 and there is currently an offer of £8 for 32Gb.
Did the original offer perhaps come from a third party? If you can see the offer somewhere now, it wouldn't hurt to have a web chat with Smarty Support as they can often arrange it - but only for current offers.
simonsu_4559819 These affiliate offers are usually intended only for new users, but you can ask customer support to switch you to one of these plans for your next billing cycle. I have done this twice myself, and others have reported doing the same.
I don't know if this is possible with adding a new group plan, you will need to try contacting support via Live Chat and ask them. Scroll down till you find the 'Start a webchat' button, or click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen. You will first be put with a bot, and you need to send your issue twice before it asks you for more account information and puts you with a human agent.
