SIM Problems

Hello.....

 

I put a Smarty simcard in my phone and it doesnt register the SIM.???

 

Ive registered the SIM, the SIM has been activated and............nothing.

 

I tried a Three Sim card in my phone yesterday and that worked..

 

Can anybody help, please.????

    RossMcL_4063471​  So, the phone seems OK from what you say.

    Was there only one sim sent to you? Just wondering if you maybe put in the extra sim that they send out to give to friends.

    If not, you'll need web chat with Smarty Support for them to check and maybe send out a replacement sim.
