SIM Problems

Hello.....

I put a Smarty simcard in my phone and it doesnt register the SIM.???

Ive registered the SIM, the SIM has been activated and............nothing.

I tried a Three Sim card in my phone yesterday and that worked..

Can anybody help, please.????
