Sim not working
Need help with activating sim, says it’s activated but it’s not allowing me to receive calls or phone.

ReeceTh_4004514 Dies it show as active in your Account dashboard? does the dashboard also show a current Smarty plan?
If yes to both of the above, you will need a web chat with smarty Support for them to investigate.
